A cable lock protects critical server and network appliances that are vulnerable to accidental disconnection. By utilising patented locking technology at both ends of the cable, the IEC lock can secure C13,C14,C19 and C20 connections. It requires a user to physically ‘unlock’ the cable connection before removing it.
It is a unique and easy to use female C13 connector which protects valuable data from accidental disconnection.
The IEC Lock is also available in C13 and C19, the unique IEC Lock connectors and outlets are suitable for use with any standard C14 or C20 inlet.
The latest addition to its IEC LOCK range is the new IEC Lock+ Rewireable – the world’s first locking rewireable C13 IEC connector.
Designed to guard against accidental disconnection of computers, PDUs, servers and most network devices, the new IEC Lock+ Rewirable adds total flexibility and ease of use when assembling cables, as well as LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) compatibility.
The IEC Locks slim design means it can easily be implemented in areas where access is limited and ease of removal is of paramount importance. Its LSZH attribute is crucial for critical applications in military, broadcast, transportation and data centres.
