Luke Radford, 2bm’s Administration Manager, is celebrating 20 years with a company he warmly describes as “one big happy family.”

Reflecting on his milestone, Luke said: “Wow, where has the time gone?”

“I joined straight out of school, and it’s hard to believe I’m now marking two decades with 2bm.”

“Despite the company’s growth over the years, it’s always been a fantastic place to work where I’ve felt truly valued and supported.”

“Whilst my role at 2bm keeps me incredibly busy, I have always found time to give something back to our community, including raising funds for local charities,” added Luke.

Mark King, founder and managing director of 2bm, praised Luke’s dedication: “In a time when staff loyalty is more important than ever, Luke’s positive, can-do attitude truly embodies the spirit of our entire team.

“I clearly remember meeting him for the first time – a shy, bright-eyed young man eager to find a place to learn and grow.

“2bm was just two years old when he joined, and it feels like only yesterday.

“He’s an absolute pleasure to have around the office, and I’m confident he’ll continue delivering for the company for many years to come,” added Mark.
