The HSEQ manager role is to manage and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS for Health, Safety, Environment and Quality processes and procedures, primarily in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 approvals) with construction background and experience.
The HSEQ manager will have overall authority over the entire 2bm organisation as well as various construction sites, and shall be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of the company IMS system.
The job role empowers you to drive the philosophy of safety ownership throughout all levels of the organisation as well as provide an Assurance and Audit role in the company, together with professional support and advice to the Senior Management Team and Staff on Occupational Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality matters.
You will also be required to project managing the company Safety, Environmental and Quality Programme, you will assist staff and contractors in respect of compliance with relevant legislation, client standards and contractual arrangements. In addition, you will need to engage staff and managers to maximise improvements in safety performance.
