2bm and Thales strike new agreement

Leading international electronics and systems group Thales is to partner with 2bm to facilitate the growing demand for the services of their Yorkshire Managed Service Centre.

2bm, who have previously supplied Thales with their innovative power monitoring solution, the 2bm iMeter, will now also provide a range of bespoke data centre management solutions to help ensure the highest levels of operational efficiencies.

These will include upwards of 200 space and energy efficient cabinets, airflow and cable management solutions and leading edge power distribution units (PDUs). The new agreement will also see further roll out of the 2bm iMeter to provide real time data on energy consumption down to individual rack level.
